On Thursday, April 11 2024, Iakwahwatsiratátie hosted a ‘Wáhta Breakfast’, catered by TLC Kahnawake, that brought together our language nest families and first language speakers from three communities:
Kahnawà:ke, Akwesásne & Kanehsatà:ke.
“It was so nice! With my 2 kiddos I couldn’t engage as much as I wanted to but I really enjoyed feeling everyone’s good energies and I feel like it went well.
